STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE:
Step 1️⃣ Cut the apple, removing the seed box, peel and chop the carrot. Take about 1 cm of ginger. A small piece, peel and chop finely.
Step 2️⃣ Place all ingredients in a blender and beat.
