INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS
🍹 2 large granny smith apples
🍹 5-6 celery stalks
🍹 3 medium cucumbers
🍹 1 lime slice, 1cm thick
🍹 1 sprig of tarragon
🍹 zest of 1 lime
Step 1
Wash the apples and celery thoroughly. Use a juicer to squeeze the juice out of them and a slice of lemon.
Step 2
Cut the cucumbers into medium pieces and place them in a blender bowl. Remove the tarragon leaves from the sprig and add them to the cucumbers.
Step 3
Pour in the squeezed juice, add 5-6 large ice cubes and beat until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into tall glasses, sprinkle with lime zest and serve.
