Mexican-Style Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 pickled jalapeños
  • 1 tomato
  • 6 eggs
  • 75 g of grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare:

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add finely chopped green onion, jalapeños, and tomatoes. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Break the eggs into the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add grated cheese and seasonings.
