Today, I’m sharing a quick and nutritious recipe that combines eggs, salmon, and vibrant veggies into a satisfying breakfast bowl—all for around 500 calories.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • sprinkle of fresh dill or parsley for garnish
  1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and bell peppers, sautéing until the spinach wilts and the peppers are slightly tender (about 2-3 minutes). Season lightly with salt and pepper.
