BRSB Header v3 – Redesign

FAV KETO MEAL

  • 2 salmon fillets (200g)
  • 2 tbsp butter (28g)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (60g)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (120ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the salmon fillets, skin side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the creamy sauce over it. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh, zesty flavor.
