- 2 salmon fillets (200g)
- 2 tbsp butter (28g)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach (60g)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (120ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the salmon fillets, skin side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the creamy sauce over it. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh, zesty flavor.
