1. As soon as you wake up, we do a vacuum. I should upload a video here, because there a lot of wrong technique on internet, but “vacuum” if done properly will be a great benefit to your morning routine and your body, there are different techniques and an explanation of important points, but basically you do the bare minimum vaccum.
Here is a little example :

Basically, you find a good position, check goolge for vaccum for beginners and you exhale while sucking in your abs, hold for 5-10 sec and release. Do this 3-5 times. Overtime you can add more sets to the routine. Nothing more.

2. Do a warm-up of 5 minutes – whatever you like but keep your body moving. You can do set of squads, sit ups and jumping jacks. Do each exercise 20 times, rest 1 minute and repeat. Stretch and do our FAVORITE lymph drainage exercises for 2 minutes and you are all set – let me know in the comments if you want the exercises explained!

Drink a glass of water 10-15 minutes before each meals. OK – this is a MUST!!!

Don’t eat before bed. Sleeping on a full stomach turns into a process of self-poisoning.
A light dinner before bed, a minimum of two to three hours, is another useful rule for losing weight. This is something like intermitting fasting but keeping your dinner in the early evening is amazing. Son enough you get used to it and you will feel better and sleep better.
Of course there are situation, when you go out and have a birthday party… so yes, you eat and drink late, but like i said before if you do 90% good girls diet routine , you can have your 10% bad bitch behaviour!
