A green smoothie breakfast is a real find for those who don’t like to eat first thing in the morning. And it is simply necessary for those who love some party on the weekends. Detoxing is amazing with green smoothie breakfast. Fiber, minerals and antioxidants will quickly do their job and dispel the “remnants of yesterday’s holiday.”
INGREDIENTS FOR 1 SERVING
🍹1 medium cucumber
🍹2 celery stalks
🍹4–5 sprigs of parsley
🍹2/3 cup apple juice ( or sliced apples )
🍹juice of half a lemon
🍹1–2 cm fresh ginger root
Step 1
Peel the ginger and grate it. Cut the cucumber and celery into small pieces.
Step 2
Chop the parsley very finely along with the stems. Place all prepared ingredients into a blender bowl.
Step 3
Pour in apple juice and lemon juice. Whisk the cocktail until completely smooth and drink immediately.
