Whether you’re brunching before a shopping spree or fueling up for a day of social climbing, this omelet is the perfect way to stay deliciously disciplined. So, grab your Cartier skillet and let’s get cracking!

Ingredients (2 servings):

🔹eggs – 3 pcs.

🔹garlic – 1/2 clove

🔹ground black pepper – 1 pinch

🔹chicken fillet – 100 g

🔹natural ham – 100 g

🔹tomato – 1 pc.

🔹cucumber – 1 pc.

🔹bell pepper – 1 pc.

🔹cheese – 60 g

🔹sea salt – 1 tsp.

🔹heavy cream – 20 ml

🔹coconut oil or animal fat – 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C.

2️⃣Cut the meat, add salt, fry in a frying pan with coconut oil or animal fat until done.

3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine eggs, cream, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and beat until smooth.

4️⃣Cut the cheese, chicken and ham into small pieces. Place half of the cheese, chicken and ham into the egg mixture.

5️⃣Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish and cook for 7-10 minutes.

6️⃣When the edges of the omelette are set, top it with the remaining cheese, chicken and ham. Return the omelette to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the center is set.

7️⃣Decorate the omelette with finely chopped herbs.
