🍹 Avocado, Banana, and Chia Seed Smoothie
If you can’t find chia seeds, they are often replaced with flax seeds. You can replace agave syrup with stevia or plain honey. Try to choose berries in season if you can’t find blueberries.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS
🍹3 tbsp chia seeds
🍹750 ml almond milk
🍹280 g blueberries
🍹2 small bananas
🍹1/2 avocado
🍹1 tbsp agave syrup
🍹1 tsp vanilla extract
🍹pinch of cinnamon
🍹225 g crushed ice
Step 1
Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a blender. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients except ice and blend for 2 minutes. Add crushed ice and blend for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour smoothie into glasses and serve.
