Fried avocado
Ingredients:
🔹avocado-1 pc.;
🔹cocout oil – 40 g;
🔹lemon juice – 15 g;
🔹salt, peoper – to taste.
Preparation:
1️⃣Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2️⃣Peel the avocado and cut into large slices.
3️⃣Turn the heat slightly above medium.
4️⃣Salt the slices, season with spices and place in a hot frying pan with oil.
5️⃣Quickly fry the avocado on both sides and remove with a slotted spoon to a plate.
6️⃣Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice.
✅Fried avocado slices can be used to prepare original salads or used as a snack, complemented with sauce and/or herbs.
