MEAL IDEA – HOT BODY BREAKFAST

Ingredients:

  • White or brown mushrooms – 150 g
  • 10 asparagus spears or green beans
  • Bacon or ground beef, fried
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 large eggs, poached

Instructions:

  1. Slice the mushrooms and place them in a pan with the asparagus. Drizzle with oil and sauté for 4-6 minutes or until slightly browned.
  2. Fry the bacon or ground beef.
  3. Mix the sautéed vegetables and fresh tomatoes on a plate and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked bacon or ground beef and top with the poached eggs.
