๐Ÿน Avocado, Banana, and Chia Seed Smoothie

If you can’t find chia seeds, they are often replaced with flax seeds. You can replace agave syrup with stevia or plain honey. Try to choose berries in season if you can’t find blueberries.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS
๐Ÿน3 tbsp chia seeds
๐Ÿน750 ml almond milk
๐Ÿน280 g blueberries
๐Ÿน2 small bananas
๐Ÿน1/2 avocado
๐Ÿน1 tbsp agave syrup
๐Ÿน1 tsp vanilla extract
๐Ÿนpinch of cinnamon
๐Ÿน225 g crushed ice

Step 1
Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a blender. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients except ice and blend for 2 minutes. Add crushed ice and blend for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 3
Pour smoothie into glasses and serve.
