Ingredients

  • 1 Sirloin steak (6oz), thinly sliced
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add spinach and sauté until wilted. Remove and set aside.
  4. Fry eggs to your preference (sunny-side up, over easy, etc.) in the same skillet.
  5. Assemble the breakfast bowl with sautéed spinach at the bottom, topped with sliced steak and fried eggs. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Serve with hot sauce if desired.
