Welcome to another recipe, where you will dive into the best low carb experience and quickly fit into your old jeans. So here we go

Crispy Air Fryer Salmon with Garlic Ranch Veggies

This NINJA CRISPI air fryer is the best! I just love it. It is easy and delicious.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Salmon fillet (5 oz) – 280 kcal
  • Asparagus (6 spears) – 25 kcal
  • Spinach (1 cup) – 7 kcal
  • Olive oil (1 tsp) – 40 kcal
  • Ranch dressing (2 tbsp, keto-friendly) – 120 kcal
  • Garlic powder (½ tsp)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Paprika (½ tsp)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Ninja Crisp Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Season salmon with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with ½ tsp olive oil.
3️⃣ Toss asparagus with remaining ½ tsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
4️⃣ Air fry salmon for 8-10 minutes until crispy outside and flaky inside. (Add asparagus to the basket at the 4-minute mark.)
5️⃣ While it cooks, sauté spinach in a pan for 1-2 minutes with a tiny splash of water and salt.
6️⃣ Plate the salmon with asparagus and spinach, then drizzle with ranch dressing.
7️⃣ Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.

🔥 Pro Tip: To make the salmon extra crispy, air fry at 390°F for 7 minutes, then at 400°F for 2 minutes.
