THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRADITIONAL DIET AND KETO DIET

Traditional diet and keto diet

  1. With a classic diet with the consumption of carbohydrates, the level of glucose in the blood increases, which is why the pancreas produces insulin so that it carries it to cells for energy.
  2. When you are on a carbohydrate-insulin “needle” diet or you are pre-diabetic, you do not notice that after the traditional portion of bread, pancakes, cake or a delicious bun, you feel a slight feeling of hunger within an hour or two. This happens due to a drop in sugar in the blood after a sharp insulin release.
  3. This artificial hunger recedes on its own after some time, since the body is not actually starving. But many
people overeat ….. at such moments, triggering new bursts of hunger, like a chain reaction. And you are in the Disneyland of WeightDamage!
  4. Excess carbohydrates are either converted into energy: if you dig potatoes, run a marathon or lift dumbbells -it is totaly fine to have it, but if you are a normal person working on your 9-5 and than casually hitting th gym….welll….not good idea to have a lot of carbs!
  5. On a keto diet, glucose levels drop, cells experience hunger and consume sugar reserves. BUT you asked ” how we survive withour carbs?”

OH MY DEAR, we can’t have 0% carbs in our diet!!! We get carbs from eggs, diary, veggies… if you eat protein ( which i highly recommend ) the excess amount of protein will be turned into carbs , so don;’t you worry… you will get carbs so you will survive

THINK: if you don’t have electricity and you are in the wild nature, how you would survive? With rice and matcha teas? NO!!!

You will eat what you have – animals, fish, eggs, some veggies and some fruits…. – of course you nee a dusty man to kill the animals but yeah, you get the point!!!
