HOT RUSSIAN BitCHES SECRETS…

Apple cider vinegar isn’t your average vinegar! 🍎 It’s made from apple raw materials using special microbiological methods, giving it a richer taste and more nutrients compared to regular vinegar. Plus, it’s got a mild flavor and aroma! 🌟 Fresh juices, fermented wine materials, and even dried fruits are used to make this magical elixir!

Using apple cider vinegar for weight loss can be done not only internally but also externally. Here are the main methods of using this product:

How I take apple cider vinegar Baths:

Hot baths with added apple cider vinegar promote effective weight loss. They are contraindicated in case of mechanical damage to the skin and during menstruation.

How i do it:

  • I always make the bath on an empty stomach or no earlier than an hour after eating. It should be a light snack (vegetables or fruits).
  • Before immersing in the bath, i take hot  shower.
  • I fill the tub with warm water, the temperature of which should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, then i add 1 liter of apple cider vinegar to the water.( i don’t have allergies or skin conditions, never do it on my period)
  • usually i stay in for a quarter of an hour, then i rinse off under the shower.
  • after that i lie down under a blanket for half an hour.
  • i do this no more than once a month.

Wraps:

Wrapping with vinegar has a beneficial effect on the skin, promotes the breakdown of lipids, and eliminates cellulite. The procedure should be performed no more than 1-2 times a week.

How i do the wrapping:

  • Prepare the mix:  add 1 liter of water with 1 liter of apple cider vinegar, then soak a sheet in the mixture and wrap it around your torso, thighs, and arms. Wrap yourself with plastic wrap on top and lie down under a warm blanket for 1 hour. After the specified time, take a shower and apply a warm, nourishing body oil or lotion.
