Ingredients:
🔹Brussels sprouts 500 gr
🔹Uncooked smoked bacon 150-200g
🔹Soy sauce 150 ml ( less salt )
🔹Garlic 1-2 cloves
🔹Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
🔹Salt to taste
Preparation:
1️⃣Before you cook Brussels sprouts, you need to prepare them properly. We remove the withered leaves and cut off the stalks.
2️⃣In a saucepan, boil water with salt and lemon juice. Lemon juice helps remove the specific bitterness of Brussels sprouts.
3️⃣Cook the cabbage for 5-10 minutes (time depends on the size of the cabbage).
4️⃣ Throw the cabbage into a colander and let the excess liquid drain.
5️⃣Place the cabbage into a suitable container, add soy sauce and garlic (through the press). Mix well and let marinate for 20 minutes.
6️⃣We divide the bacon into strips.
7️⃣Remove the cabbage from the sauce and wrap each head of cabbage with a strip of bacon.
8️⃣Place in a heated frying pan and fry on all sides until golden brown or in air fryer
