Ingredients

  • 2 average tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 fresh onion
  • 125 salmon baked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. baked the salmon into hot, non sticky pan ( do not add any additional oils/butters )
  2. cut all veggies and put it into big bowl
  3. add olive oil, salt and vinegar to taste
  4. be aware olive oil is way too much calories, be careful
  5. serve and enjoy
