Baked Salmon with Lemon and Butter

Ingredients (6 servings):

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 900 g salmon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a large baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Place salmon skin-side down in the dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice the lemon and place the slices on the salmon. Pour half the butter over the fish.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  5. Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan, boil, and cool slightly. Add lemon juice.
  6. Serve with lemon butter and a side dish.
